To make sure your collection runs smoothly, please check the following:
Site requirements
- Load areas must be level, firm, and free from obstructions like manholes or gas mains.
- Materials must be accessible from the roadside. We cannot load over the cab, fences, or walls.
- At least 2 metres of clearance from buildings, vehicles, or other items.
- Overhead space must be clear of cables and branches.
- We will not park on or across footpaths.
Information needed for booking
- Type of waste and its source.
- Material location and send photos if requested.
- Agree on a collection time and accept service terms.
Extra charges & notes
- 30 minutes of loading time included. Additional time charged at £3 + VAT per minute.
- Wasted journeys or late cancellations may be charged at full rate.
- Large jobs (5+ loads) may require waste testing.
- All loads inspected on-site for contamination.
