Over the past few weeks, a lot has happened here at SunSkips, one of them being our new website which has now been completely transformed and modified to suit our customers’ needs. Our vision was to make our website look professional and for it to be as helpful as possible, reflecting who we are as a company.
Our new website launched on 11th November, which is when Barry became our first digital customer to book on our website. He was pleasantly surprised when we turned up with not only a skip but a surprise too. The photo shows the moment we presented Barry with a luxurious bottle of champagne and some chocolates.
The booking process
Our website gives our customers the opportunity to book a skip online. Making ordering a skip for hire a quick and easy experience without any hassle.
In order to make this possible, we made sure that the layout of the booking process is straight forward, giving you a stress -free experience while ensuring easy access and suitable layout for all mobile and PC users.
The booking process only takes a couple of minutes. All you have to do is tell us where and when you need the skip, then choose what skip size and add any special requirements you may have such as where you would like your skip placed on your property.
When booking a skip online, you will need to take into consideration whether the skip is going on your property. If it isn’t and it’s going on public land such as a road or path, then you need to have a permit. This will come at an additional cost of £110, which includes local authority charges, however, we will arrange the permit for you so you don’t have to worry about any paperwork.
